I’m 11 and went Open Water diving with 3 of my friends—it was so exciting! I learned how to use the scuba gear, like the big tank and mask. Breathing with the regulator felt weird at first, but then it was cool once I got used to it. Underwater, it was like a new world! I saw colorful fish, coral reefs, and big, graceful turtles. The water was super clear, and I felt like I was flying! It was a bit scary at first, but the instructors were right there making sure I was safe. I even learned hand signals to talk to my buddy, and me and my friends had lots of fun making up a few of our own.

When I went diving, I felt amazed and peaceful. As soon as I went down, a colorful world appeared. I swam with sea turtles, schools of shiny fish, and saw huge manta rays gliding by. The coral reefs were full of sea creatures, making everything look magical. The water moved gently around me, and hearing my own breath made me feel calm and connected to the ocean. I started diving when I was 11, and now, after 18 dives, I’m excited to do my advanced certification next!

After our 12th grade board exams, five of us decided to take an epic graduation trip, and diving in The Maldives was my top choice. I’ve always loved nature and adventure, and since I discovered diving last year, it felt perfect for our trip. We had a blast swimming with colorful fish, sea turtles, sharks, and eagle rays. Between dives, we’d swap stories and jokes, making the experience unforgettable. It was an amazing way to celebrate and bond as friends , making our graduation trip iconic.

I'm absolutely thrilled that my 11-year-old daughter got scuba certified with 3 of her classmates. They all had such a fantastic time together. It was a great learning experience for them—teaching them responsibility, teamwork, and all about the underwater world. The instructors were amazing—they made safety a priority while ensuring the kids had a blast. Her excitement and joy discovering different marine life were simply infectious. Watching her confidence grow with each dive was truly heartwarming. This experience has left a lasting impression on her, and I'm deeply grateful to Fleetfoot for making it unforgettable. I can't wait to see where her adventurous spirit takes her next!

3 of us classmates did this scuba trip together and we had a blast! The best part was seeing all the cool sea creatures, especially the sharks—they didn’t scare us at all. I’m glad we practiced our skills in the lagoon because it helped when diving.. There was a current, and I had to hold onto coral. I’m not the best swimmer, and water kept getting in my mask, which was annoying. When I tried to clear it, my mask came off and I panicked. But since we practised this skill earlier, I knew what to do. I put my mask back on and cleared it, and the instructor was there to help me too. That's why practising and knowing your skills is so important. The instructors were awesome—super nice, attentive, and helpful.

My scuba diving journey started with Fleetfoot, where I overcame my fear of water with my 10-year-old son Aadi and husband. While we've tried other dive clubs, Chengs' professionalism and fun trips are unmatched. Their attention to timing and safety is impeccable. Both my kids learned to dive at age 10, deepening their connection to nature. This journey inspired my son to pursue a career protecting marine life. Traveling with Chengs and Sarita at 50 keeps me feeling youthful—they’re not just hosts, but family. We share meals, experiences and there’s continuous laughter. Cheers to how passionately everything is done at Fleetfoot!
